What does it take to work for Credo? For starters, you need to be smart. A college degree is required; advanced degrees are a plus. Whether you're looking for a junior or senior position, you'll need to be an expert in at least one facet of KM: search engines, content and document management, business process analysis, taxonomy/ontology creation, workflow management, diagnostics, or systems integration.
