KMC001: Sr. Knowledge Mgmt. ConsultantThe Senior Knowledge Management Consultant provides project and technical leadership on our KM-oriented engagements. Responsibilities include:
Requirements include: bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field; five or more years of relevant real-world experience (including at least two years in consulting); contact center project experience in the past 5 years; and demonstrated hands-on management experience with at least 2 successful, full-lifecycle engagements in knowledge management. You must have strong communication and project management skills, impeccable business ethics, good judgment, and a flexible ability to solve tough business problems. Knowledge of popular system architectures and programming languages is a plus, as is a strong understanding of the contact center market segment. You must be able to work both independently and as part of a highly distributed team of professionals. Relevant experience would be from technologies and companies like Rightnow, Knova, Kana, ServiceSoft, Talisma, Epiphany, Plumtree, Siebel, Oracle, RightNow, Aspect, BMC, Remedy, ATG, or Peoplesoft.
